Cesar A. Garcia (born October 10, East Los Angeles, California) is a Mexican-American actor, producer, and writer (SAG-AFTRA/ACTRA member) raised by his single mother in a predominantly Mexican-American community. His film credits include Harsh Times (2005), Fast & Furious (2009), Drive (2011), and El Toro (2023). On television he is best known for playing No-Doze in Breaking Bad (2008) and Better Call Saul (2015), and for a recurring role as Che Che in Bosch/Bosch: Legacy (2021–2025). He has also worked in stunts and co-wrote/produced the short film Chuco. He uses his work to inspire inner-city kids by visiting schools and juvenile facilities. No major awards are on record.
