Heatwaves

Directed by Tango Cool

Set during a stifling summer heatwave, the film charts several interconnected romantic and physical encounters revolving around the patrons and staff of a neighborhood tavern. It favors an underplayed, low-key acting style alongside roleplay-driven subplots to establish an atmospheric mood that balances standard mid-90s vignette structures.
