Walk Gently on This Land 2026

A remote Alaskan island town adapts as its population dwindles.

Directed by Sam Pausman

Two tribal leaders foster a long-fought renaissance of Tlingit culture. The island's last logger carries on his family business. A longtime teacher watches as her students graduate, leave home, and inevitably return. And an oyster farmer, new to town with a young family in tow, juggles the precarious nature of living off the land.
