The Drop - Why Young People Don't Vote

Directed by Kyle McCachen

Twenty-three-year-old actor Dylan Playfair travels across North America to find out why his generation doesn't vote. From the midterm elections in Raleigh, North Carolina, to the streets of Ferguson, Missouri, and the desert at Burning Man, he meets young people who have opted out — and confronts the institutional and social barriers that keep them there.
