The Hour of the Star 2026

Directed by Rita Barbosa

João, an aspiring influencer, leads a precarious and sedentary life, with no home of her own and only sporadic work, like many people of her generation and social class. After an awkward post for a haircare brand, the setbacks begin, and João finds herself lost in a surreal dimension.
